Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy:

a) Cancellation Policy:

If you want to cancel your order, the 2% of charge will be deducted from the total amount paid in the order when refunding.
Sri Mahalaxmi Fashions has full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in order, or such issues beyond our control, like courier delay, manufacturing delay etc...
In case the ordered product is out of stock, then refund will be processed within 7 days via original payment source.

b) Return Policy:

Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
If you think, you have received the Wrong Saree or Damaged Saree you can initiate the return with in 3 days, Kindly send email to (srimahalaxmifashions@gmail.com) with 360 ͦ (Parcel Opening video without any Cut or Edit)
Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the Courier cost in case of returning the Damage/Wrong saree.

c) Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment source only if the order is eligible and approved by the administrator.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 5 business days
