Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy:
a) Cancellation Policy:
- If you want to cancel your order, the 2% of charge will be deducted from the total amount paid in the order when refunding.
- Sri Mahalaxmi Fashions has full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in order, or such issues beyond our control, like courier delay, manufacturing delay etc...
- In case the ordered product is out of stock, then refund will be processed within 7 days via original payment source.
b) Return Policy:
- Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
- If you think, you have received the Wrong Saree or Damaged Saree you can initiate the return with in 3 days, Kindly send email to (srimahalaxmifashions@gmail.com) with 360 ͦ (Parcel Opening video without any Cut or Edit)
- Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the Courier cost in case of returning the Damage/Wrong saree.
c) Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment source only if the order is eligible and approved by the administrator.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 5 business days
